Many people write journals as a way of keeping track of their lives and working things out. Writing can be a powerful means of tapping into your unconscious mind and making discoveries about yourself and your world that you were previously unaware of. Writing is also increasingly used as a tool for healing. This course will explore the different benefits which writing can bring and give you the means to tap into your inner resources.
