When you arrive at Farncombe Estate, you will notice how secure we are. 24-hour security personnel guard the entrance barrier at the top of the Estate. You are issued with an access pass to get into your bedroom building and a personal key for your bedroom.

None of this spoils the feeling of unfettered nature, the long views or the rolling hills that stretch before you. Deer, foxes and other wildlife roam unchecked around the Estate and so can you – along footpaths that take you towards the Cotswold Way, Broadway Tower, Broadway village or to the pubs at Willersey.

But it’s good to know that we are security-conscious in everything we do. Our historical association with the security company Group 4 means that we know how to give our customers privacy and a feeling of safety. This is especially important for groups that come to us to pursue special interests.

Our high security and discretion come with the following features:
* 24-hour security on site, with manned access barrier
* Access cards (personal codes to each building)
* CCTV in public areas
* Activity and learning spaces that can be locked by the tutor
* A 370-acre estate, far removed from urban centres, with plenty of space and privacy. Only one main road skirts the eastern edge of the estate
